U.S. Government Gang Stalking - A Mental Health Issue
An Oak is meant to be an Oak. And in the best of all possible worlds that would happen. But our world is not the best of all possible worlds. And so we have parents who do not let their children unfold their natures, but instead try to impose a nature on them with Shoulds, Musts, Have-Tos.
Be No. 1, the Parent Narcissist says to their child/in words or nonverbally with behavior. Do this and this and this and this. The child soon unconsciously learns his/her real self is inadequate, to win the parents love - he/she must be more. An image grows up in the child's mind of what he/she must do/be to be loved, to be adequate. The real self is replaced by the representational self/image of what the self is/should be.
Thus, alienation from the real self begins. Society doesn't seem to understand what a child needs to develop a strong sense of self. A person who grows up with a weak sense of self needs others to bolster it - in psychoanalysis, they are called selfobjects.
Thus, a Trump, a Narcissist with a weak sense of his real self, needs people to bolster his Image of himself, because without a real sense of self, a sense of inner strength that comes from our rootedness in our own nature - that's what's left - the Image we have of ourselves in our own mind.
Now we have seen what happens when that Image of the False Self is not maintained by others (the selfobject). Think of Trump's tirade at Meghan Kelly.
The Neighbor who started my Gang Stalking was a Narcissist - all Government Gang Stalkers are. When I made demands on him - he must respect property boundries and stop throwing his leaves on my property - that along with his envy that my property was bigger than his - which made him feel inadequate (to bolster their weak egos Narcissists have to feel that they are the best, No. 1, winners - and by extension/identification that their country is exceptional) - their response is RAGE.
They cannot let others be themselves, be separate people with their own needs and dreams and wants. They MUST be selfobjects, extensions of Narcissists, who meet the Narcissist's emotional needs - tell them how great they are, make them feel worthwhile, exceptional - No. 1. The selfobject must do for the Narcissist what they cannot do for themselves/emotionally - make themselves feel OK just as they are.
Be a selfobject providing the Narcissist's emotional needs or they will have to destroy you. And thus, in my neighborhood in May 2006 - because his government gave him the means to destroy me/or try to - my Gang Stalking began.
People with a strong sense of self don't have to be part of a MOB. The fact MOBBING and the Government phenomena of Gang Stalking is now such a problem in America tells us something terribly wrong has been going on in our homes and in our schools. We have not produced a citizenry with a strong sense of self who can stand on their own two feet, alone, who say what they think and feel - authentically - and don't need what the MOB says to make them feel OK about themselves.
America has a mental health issue. People without a strong sense of self have skewed relationships with other people - using them as objects to meet their emotional needs. And a country with emotionally unhealthy people cannot have healthy relationships with other countries.
The solution starts with consciousness of the problem.
The Real Self Isn't A Representational Self/ An Image in Your Mind of Who You Are. It is a Bodily Self.

The Interpretation of Dreams
I have a Facebook friend who asked about the interpretation of dreams, so since I started thinking about that I'll give you my take on it. I also am giving you my take because I think part of America's problem is her unconsciousness and dreams are, as I think Freud said, the royal road to the unconscious/our unconscious processes.
There are some psychoanalysts who say we are composed of multiple selves. These are really brain processes/networks or whatever the technical physiological name for them is. I don't think there is any ghost in the machine - central agency.
You can think of these multiple selves (the result of learning, identifications, introjections etc.) as part-selves or subpersonalities. I gave my Facebook friend my own example. There is a part of me very conscious of health and nutrition. Thankfully, that subpersonality plans the meals. Then there is the me who every once in a while buys junk food and will eat a whole bag of potato chips etc. Now if you think of that as part of my multiple selves or subpersonality, you can enter into dialogue with it and ask it what it wants. I did and my donut-loving subpersonality told me - pleasure. Hence there is a part of me who wants more pleasure in my life. Now that I know that the nutrition, health oriented part of me doesn't make me feel guilty when the part of me that likes junk food indulges. I can just look at that part of me as a parent looks at a child with unconditional love and say that part of me just wants more pleasure in my life and once in a while indulges in the two second pleasure of a glazed donut.
Everything in our dreams is us. We really are every character in the dream. Thus this facebook friend had two characters in his dream fighting each other. I would interpret this as his having an unconscious conflict. He really is each subpersonality in the fight. What he has to ask himself is what he identifies with in each of the fighters. Free association can help in this. Then he has to ask each of those subpersonalities what do they want or need or dream of having etc. In other words, you have an interior dialogue with each of the dream figures as you might have with a real person you are trying to understand. You use your gut to tell what in the interior dialogue rings true. And thus you come to a better understanding of yourself, of the parts of yourself you were preconscious or unconscious of - more or less.
A psychoanalyst said what is unconscious becomes conscious when you can verbalize it.
I also told the facebook friend that his dream was his brain processing what went on that day or recently. Thus, this could provide a clue, too, as to which issues are being addressed in the dream.
What If Roseanne Barr Had A Dialogue With Her Subpersonalities/Part-Selves?
One of Roseanne Barr's subpersonalities apologized for what her other subpersonality/part-self did. What might a dialogue between those two part-selves sound like? The one who apologized trying in an understanding/getting information kind of way: Are you angry at Black people? For what? That question might reveal a lot of legitimate grievances. When we look at subpersonalities/part-selves as having wants and needs and beliefs and dreams etc., inner dialogue can reveal a lot.
P.S. - The more we understand the unconscious parts of ourselves the less apt we will be to project them onto others. Also - think of the lady who drowned her children in a bathtub and said the devil made her do it. There was a lady unconscious of her part-selves/subpersonalities.
My Take On Depression
The suicide of Anthony Bourdain puts depression in the news. All the Status Quo people in the Media are using words like mental illness.
But I have another take on this. I subscribe to psychoanalysts who maintain we have multiple selves.
Anderson Cooper said Anthony Bourdain was one of the “coolest” people he knew. Well maybe that was part of the problem. There was this “cool” part-self or subpersonality. But obviously, there was another part, too.
If we identify with only one part of ourselves, then there are probably other parts of ourselves we are unconscious of and it is those unconscious parts, that cause the trouble.
If instead of medicating our depression – we tried to understand it, tried to understand the needs and wants and dreams and desires and fears and fantasies and beliefs of the de-pressed part of the self, part-self, subpersonality – we might treat it as a stranger (in the sense of its not being a part we identify with/the guy others think is “cool”, for instance).
We might use our dreams or therapy or conversation between the various parts of ourselves to better understand this de-pressed part of the self.
Anthony gave us one clue in saying that suicide was a selfish act. Hence we might conclude that he would think of this de-pressed part of the self who committed suicide as selfish. In interior monologue or using the gestalt method of talking to an empty chair/the de-pressed part of the self, the “cool” guy might dig deeper into this “selfish” part of the self who thought of suicide.
What did Bourdain think was selfish? How might his life change if he were more selfish?
We learned that he was a very active man and one of his friends on reflecting on this thought he might be running away from something. His own thoughts or feelings, perhaps? Some fears or past traumas he didn’t want to confront?
What would the part-self who could retire be like? How would he be different from the “cool” Bourdain that Anderson Cooper admired? Bourdain thought of retirement as reclining in a hammock.
Where did he get that notion of retirement? Some people might conceive of it as a transition period into a different kind of life. I can’t believe the life Bourdain ended was the only one he wanted. What would have made him continue to live? Who would he have had to be or to become to continue to live?
If this de-pressed part of Bourdain’s self got what he wanted – would that be admired by others? Or would Bourdain have to lose the confirmation of others to express it? Would his friends recognize him if he let this de-pressed part of himself go after what he might barely have been able to articulate?
What is mental health? We were told Anthony Bourdain was authentic. But, perhaps, only those part-selves he allowed himself to express were authentic. There might have been another side of Bourdain, with other part-selves that never received confirmation, that never got expressed. There might have been another part of himself – we hardly knew, that, perhaps, he hardly knew himself.
Up From Scapegoating - Changing Group Consciousness in America
A Dysfunctional Country That Has Secrets Like A Dysfunctional Family Cannot Help People Like Anthony Bourdain.
America Is Lost. How Does She Get Home?
America is Lost. Chaotic self-serving leaders, U.S. Government Gang Stalking, Police who are lawless, Political Parties who just care about themselves. Citizens have no where to go – one political party is worse than the other. We have a mammoth National Security State that oppresses us. What do we do? Where do we go? How do we find our way home again?
We need a map. We need an address – a place that we want to go to. And we need people who can help us to get there.
Our map is the step by step program, the strategy that we devise to get where we want to go. Our address is our destination, our goals, our vision for finding America – the America where it is tolerable again to live. We need soul mates who share our vision who can help us to get to our destination, our goal.
The first step in finding that new America where it is tolerable to live is having a vision, a destination of where to go.
There is one element to my vision of a new America. It starts with the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Rule of Law. The first step in getting there, for me, a Gang Stalking target for over a decade, is to Expose how far we are from the goal – http://www.StopGangStalkingPolice.com - what is currently going on in Lost America.
The second step is describing the first steps in a strategy we need to get to our destination. The first steps require finding soul mates with a shared vision.
For me that is people who want to Restore the Constitution. That is the bedrock upon which we find America again. Values that we want that remembered America to embrace all come after Restoring the Rule of Law, Restoring the Constitution.
I look around and I feel deeply the loss of America. I look at politicians some hold in self-esteem like my own representative Kamala Harris – the new brand of politicians – and I find them no better than the old. They have no sense that the bedrock foundation of finding America lies in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights.
In my own way I will work for change, to expose this lost Gang Stalking America, where our Police are corrupt, our parties only care about their own survival, where there are no leaders who put the Constitution, the Bill of Rights first.
In the darkness of my country’s lostness, I will continue to shine what light I can on how profound, how bleak things have become and shout my belief that the Constitution, the Bill of Rights is the first step in finding America.

U.S. Government Gang Stalking – How Did America Get Here?
Political Repression has dogged America throughout its history:
The Alien and Sedition Acts – “the president to imprison and deport non-citizens who were deemed dangerous (Alien Friends Act of 1798) or who were from a hostile nation (Alien Enemy Act of 1798), and criminalized making false statements that were critical of the federal government (Sedition Act of 1798).”
Historian Eric Foner: "...every election [in Louisiana] between 1868 and 1876 was marked by rampant violence and pervasive fraud."
“Free speech zones (also known as First Amendment zones, free speech cages, and protest zones) are areas set aside in public places for the purpose of political protesting. The First Amendment to the United States Constitution states that "Congress shall make no law... abridging... the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." The existence of free speech zones is based on U.S. court decisions stipulating that the government may regulate the time, place, and manner – but not content – of expression.”
Habeas Corpus Suspension Act
“The Act allowed the president to suspend the writ of habeas corpus so long as the Civil War was ongoing. Normally, a judge would issue a writ of habeas corpus to compel a jailer to state the reason for holding a particular prisoner and, if the judge was not satisfied that the prisoner was being held lawfully, could release him. As a result of the Act, the jailer could now reply that a prisoner was held under the authority of the president and this response would suspend further proceedings in the case until the president lifted the suspension of habeas corpus or the Civil War ended.”
Hollywood Black Lists
“The Hollywood blacklist—as the broader entertainment industry blacklist is generally known—was the practice of denying employment to screenwriters, actors, directors, musicians, and other American entertainment professionals during the mid-20th century because they were accused of having Communist ties or sympathies.”
“At 9 pm on November 7, 1919, a date chosen because it was the second anniversary of the Bolshevik revolution, agents of the Bureau of Investigation, together with local police, executed a series of well-publicized and violent raids against the Union of Russian Workers in 12 cities. Newspaper accounts reported some were "badly beaten" during the arrests. Many later swore they were threatened and beaten during questioning. Government agents cast a wide net, bringing in some American citizens, passers-by who admitted being Russian, some not members of the Russian Workers. Others were teachers conducting night school classes in space shared with the targeted radical group. Arrests far exceeded the number of warrants. Of 650 arrested in New York City, the government managed to deport just 43.”
Smith Act of 1940
“An Act to prohibit certain subversive activities; to amend certain provisions of law with respect to the admission and deportation of aliens; to require the fingerprinting and registration of aliens; and for other purposes.”

The Rest of This Page Will Just Be Some Daily Reflections
I started to read "Up From Scapegoating Awakening Consciousness in Groups," by Arthur D. Colman. I don't have much free time so I'll read the book slowly. Just finished chapter 1. My thoughts about myself after reading this book: Through my twenties, thirties and forties, my passion was reading psychology and psychoanalysis. I had lost my religion early on and it was books in that area that gave me a frame of reference to organize the chaos of life.
My book, The Search For Being, was the culmination and the end of that period in my life. My Gang Stalking started a few years after that - when I was around 57. I like Buber's take - the events in our life is God's address to you. Hence I agree with the idea of Colman's book that one role for a scapegoated person is that of interpreter. It's a role I naturally gravitated to because of my interest in psychology and psychoanalysis to give meaning to my Gang Stalking experience - to turn lemons into lemonade.
I'm 69, in the crone years. I've always been a very clear introvert - not something society tolerates. Hence it seems society is forcing me into the more social role of interpreting what is going on today and in this way to contribute to what Colman calls "group consciousness."
Also intellectualizing is a great defense. I remember when I was feeling the pain of losing a young cousin to Aids - shifting from a right brain (oversimplification) to a left brain mode, as I listened to loads of tapes on Buddhism helped to alleviate my pain.
So though I will flit back and forth from a zen-like belief in the nonverbal and the interpreter role of social events that being a Gang Stalking target has led me to - the idea of switching from the pursuit of my own individuation (though I didn't think of it that way in going through it) to helping to birth the individuation of the group/our society seems to me a natural progression.
Perhaps, this will be the beginning of my interest in the psychology of the group.
