Neocons, Bush/Cheney, expanded the Registered National Neighborhood Watch Groups until by 2003 they had doubled in size. Now our National Neighborhood Watch Groups are part of Citizen Corps under Homeland Security. Around 2006, 2007 reports of Government Gang Stalking were coming from many different parts of the country.

What is going on:
Police, Firemen, EMS, Ambulance Drivers, Security Guards, Citizens - our Neighborhood Watch Groups - using RED cars, RED trucks, or wearing or carrying RED in conspicuous surveillance are Gang Stalking average citizens in emulation of the Stasi in Totalitarian East Germany.

The tactic they are using is called Mobbing and is described in a book called Mobbing Causes, Consequences and Solutions by Maureen Duffy and Len Sperry published by Oxford University Press.

Government Gang Stalking works like this:

Government Gang Stalking starts when the target leaves her house. There will be someone in the neighborhood walking behind or in front of the target's car or pulling into our out of their driveway. The important thing is to have a Gang Stalker there on the target's exits and entries.

The second place I'm Gang Stalked is when I leave my street. Government Gang Stalking is based on Anchoring a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Technique to change the emotional state of the target. This is done by having the aversive stimulus/anchor constantly in front of the target wherever she goes.

The third place I am Gang Stalked each day is leaving my development via Buena Hills. The pattern is always the same. The street is almost empty, as it usually is, except for a person in RED or RED car.

The first place I went was to the Vitamin Store. When I got out of my car after pulling into the parking space a RED truck passed behind me. They call this tactic in Government Gang Stalking Same Time Exit/Entry.

I had to meet someone back at my home to talk about some work I wanted done. So I could only take my brother and dog for a very short walk – they are used to going out for a walk every day – before returning to my home. The next view videos will show you what I saw on our very short walk.

This is what I saw pulling into the parking lot to park for our short walk today.

Here I am pulling into our parking space for a very short walk on Via Esmarca. There is no one on the street except a lady in RED walking in front of us.

Our Corrupt Gang Stalking Government Gang Stalks on their targets entries and exits. This is what I see as I exit my car.

During our walk every couple of seconds a RED car would pass by. Gang Stalkers want that Anchor to Always be before the target. Like the Stasi in East Germany this is a program of UNREMITTING HARASSMENT. Throughout Oceanside and Carlsbad, you will also see RED cars parked at the end of lots etc. - the better to see the Anchor.

As we go back to our car and begin to approach the parking lot with the RED car at the corner - it pulls out and goes before us.

In Government Gang Stalking oftentimes the Gang Stalkers are there waiting when you arrive. I've been tracked FOR NINE YEARS. Our Corrupt, Abusive Government knows all my patterns. It knows when I head up this way I'm going to Home Depot. It knows I park in the handicapped spaces on the end. Here today as I arrive a man in RED is in a car in front of me pulling out.

As I go into Home Depot - a RED car is there.

I go to the ATM and when I come back there is a RED car to my left.

Remember the two people at the corner of Vista Way And College Blvd. when I went to Home Depot previously. Well here it is again. Normal behavior is random. Gang Stalking behavior is repetitive.
