Since White is the Primary color used in My Government Gang Stalking, I found it interesting that during our walk a White car would turn around in front of us and then pull up beside us.

Black is the second most frequent color used in My Government Gang Stalking. That's why I found it so interesting that during our walk tonight - in which we were Gang Stalked multiple times by the Lawless Carlsbad Police - first a White car pulled up beside us and then - in this video - a Black car pulled up beside us.

What a Surprise! The sidewalk is empty except for a Gang Stalking Target and a person wearing White.

How interesting that right after a person with White pants passes us on an empty sidewalk, next a person with a White hat passes in front of us. White is the primary color used in My Government Gang Stalking.

Why do I take video when I exit my garage? Because as part of My Government Gang Stalking our Vicious, Corrupt, U.S. Government gets surrounding neighbors and people in the Neighborhood to UNREMITTINGLY HARASS me. Hammering and Power Equipment have been used to cause sleep deprivation, to harass. Some of my Gang Stalking neighbors use BEEPING to harass when I go into my yard, when I sit down at my computer in the front room of my home. And then there is the Government Gang Stalking Tactic called Same Time Exit/Entry. On my street it manifests in a Gang Stalker being there when I exit my driveway or exit my front door, to take in garbage cans etc. Once I'm off my street the Gang Stalkers wear the Gang Stalking colors of RED, White or Black and use RED, White or Black cars and trucks in Government Gang Stalking when I leave my street, or leave my development via Buena Hills.

I would like to emphasize in none of the videos above am I saying the people in them are Government Gang Stalkers. I am not a mind reader. I don't know people's intentions. I just show what I see to Provoke An Investigation into The Government Gang Stalking I have suffered 24/7 FOR THE LAST NINE YEARS.
