1. What is Going On:
Police, Firemen, EMS, Ambulance Drivers, Security Guards, Citizen Vigilantes - probably Our Neighborhood Watch Groups - are Gang Stalking average citizens.
2. The Tactic being Used Is Mobbing which is discussed in a book by Oxford University Press: Mobbing Causes, Consequences and Solutions by Maureen Duffy and Len Sperry
The tactic is called mobbing/gang stalking.
3. What we are seeing is reminiscent of the blacklists of the McCarthy Era, RED Squads, and COINTELPRO.
4. George Bush rescinded anti-COINTELPRO legislation. Obama/Trump’s Attorney Generals didn’t write new Guidelines for the FBI opening the door for a continuation of what we are seeing.
5. The ACLU says illegal police surveillance is going on in over thirty states. What we are seeing is a national problem that requires investigation by our intelligence committees.
6. Bush in Operation Tips tried to get Neighborhood Watch Groups involved in the War on Terror. What we are seeing is their involvement in Government Gang Stalking - that has nothing to do with terrorism, but rather, is an egregious abuse of government power.
7. The FBI is known for its use of conspicuous surveillance and that is what we are seeing where, not only First Responders and Security Guards are Gang Stalking citizens, but also, Neighborhood Watch Groups using RED cars, RED trucks, wearing or carrying RED.
8. Colonel Anthony Shaffer who wrote Operation Dark Heart told Judge Napolitano on Freedom Watch that our Government uses Neuro-Linguistic Programming in its PSY-OPS program. One question the intelligence committees need to ask is why did so many firemen – who Gang Stalk – signed up for Neuro-Linguistic Programming Workshops where Anchoring – the technique that forms the core of Government Gang Stalking – is taught.
9. Techniques used in Government Gang Stalking are constant conspicuous surveillance, Shunning where neighbors are elicited to Gang Stalk to socially isolate targeted citizens, NOISE to harass using power equipment, BEEPING, Siren Sounds, setting off alarms, mobbing in the targeted citizens workplace, even intimidation with dogs. This is a program of UNREMITTING HARASSMENT reminiscent of the Stasi in East Germany.

I was thinking as I posted one Gang Stalking/MOBBING Pattern tonight when I first came to California, 13 years ago, how back then I would be Gang Stalked by up to 100 people a day as I stayed out with my dog and my brother. It's taken a very long time, but today Many people know how Corrupt our Intelligence Agencies are. Back then when I wasn't known on social media they could do whatever they wanted. Today they are defensive and try hard to hide what they do. Today there is hope that with the right President, our intelligence agencies will be reformed.

My routine when I get up is to open my front door to check for packages (I buy a lot from amazon etc.) and it is at that time that I experience the Same Time Exit/Entry Gang Stalking Pattern.
How the MOBBING Pattern works: I open my front door - as is my routine each morning I'm expecting a package - and a person will be arriving or leaving in car or on foot or passing in front of my door.
Today: I open my front door and the person from across the street is getting out of a truck.

I Smell A Gang Stalking Rat
|
When you are dealing with a Stasi/a percentage of our population that Gang Stalks - the orchestrators of Government Gang Stalking can sabotage you at every turn. Order from Door Dash and get half your order from a person in RED. But, particularly, when you really need something - order 1 day delivery via UPS, Fed Ex - the Orchestrators of Gang Stalking can sabotage you.
1. A couple of days ago ordered a gout herbal from amazon because my handicapped brother had gout. Ordered it to come the next day. 1st got an Amazon notice it would be one day delayed. Then on the 2nd day when I didn't get it looked on my Amazon orders and saw it was cancelled - I didn't cancel it. Some 3 days later it arrived.
2. Next I ordered two boxes of diapers for my brother. Just got one box I ordered and a box of Daily Pads I didn't order.
3. When you've experienced this before - the Orchestrators of Gang Stalking who get to that percentage of our population Bush/CHENEY radicalized into Gang Stalkers to make trouble for Targets - you begin to smell a rat. Would like to know who switched my brother's cartoons into Spanish on the Disney channel he always watches, a couple of days ago, too.
