1. If they went to a shelter when they evacuated their home - they would be Gang Stalked there. A percentage of our population are Government Gang Stalkers.
2. If they tried to get services in an emergency - every step of the way they would be obstructed. In Government Gang Stalking they try to interfere with targets' getting services, whether it was getting a contractor to come and see the damage done to their house or anything else - the thugs in this horrific Government Gang Stalking program would try to stop a Gang Stalking target from getting any kind of support or services.
Our Government turns a blind eye to the blacklisting which is there whenever a Government Gang Stalking target tries to procure a service whether in an emergency or in their everyday daily life.
To think that this can happen to anyone - all it takes is a sociopath first responder/firemen are notorious for this - targeted by a sociopath in the Good Ol' Boys Network.
