One of the most frequent tactics in U.S. Government Gang Stalking is Same Time Exit/Entry. You can see it here: I pull into my driveway in coming home - a man passes behind me on my usually empty street.
They get neighbors and people in the neighborhood to Gang Stalk on your entries and exits, in addition, to the regular First Responders, Security Guards, Neighborhood Watch Group members who Gang Stalk in the community.

Yesterday, March 11, 2017, in the morning on my computer, I went to the Toyota Website. At the Toyota Website I "built" the Silver 2017 Toyota Prius I would some day like to buy. When I left my home for our outing - as I went to get on Buena Hills to leave my development - where I am usually Gang Stalked - a Silver Toyota Prius passed in front of me.
Below as I am walking to go into Stater Brothers - when I am usually Gang Stalked (it is called Same Time Exit/Entry Gang Stalking - they Gang Stalk you on your entries and exits to stores etc.), a Sliver Toyota Prius (in place of the usual RED or Blue car or Police Car) passed in front of me.
