When we exited our garage to go for our evening walk, it was Foggy. So I decided to just go to another part of our development to take our evening walk. For the first half of our walk, the Gang Stalkers of Costa Serena "played" their Siren Sounds/used as an Anchor - very softly.

The reduction in Government Gang Stalking which began at the end of Aug. - first time there has been a reduction in 14 years - indicates to me that the Corrupt Behavior of Our Intel Agencies, which includes Government Gang Stalking by First Responders and Neighborhood Watch Group members (Citizen Corp?), has never been closer to Exposure. I'm hoping with the Durham investigation results revealed and a possible Trump Victory - the Behavior of our Intel Agencies will be revealed and our Intel Agencies Reformed.

“Global security and the ‘war on terror’ now dominate the global political agenda. Driven largely by the United States, a growing web of anti-terrorism and security measures are being adopted by nations around the world. This new ‘security’ paradigm is being used to roll back freedom and increase police powers in order to exercise increasing control over individuals and populations.
Within this context, governments have begun to construct, through numerous initiatives, what amounts to a global registration and surveillance infrastructure. This infrastructure would ensure that populations around the world are registered, that travel is tracked globally, that electronic communications and transactions can be easily monitored, and that all the information that is collected in public and private databases about individuals is stored, linked, data-mined, and made available to state security agents.
The object of the infrastructure is not ordinary police work, but mass surveillance of entire populations. In its technological capacity and global reach, it is an unprecedented project of social control. Already, the United States and other countries are aggressively using information gathered and shared through this infrastructure to crack down on dissent, close borders to refugees and activists, and seize and detain people without reasonable grounds.”
In this repressive atmosphere during the time Dick Cheney had his finger in the surveillance pie and the Globalist Neocons ruled the roost, U.S. Government Gang Stalking began. My own Government Gang Stalking/MOBBING has gone on since 2006.
Today the Globalist Neocons are gravitating to the Globalist Democrats. Our Intel Agencies at the start of the Trump Administration – which advocated an end to continuous war, trade policies that benefitted American workers rather than Multi-National Corporations, and strong borders - were involved in what amounts to a coup.
My hope is that when the Durham Report comes out and what our Intelligence Agencies did is exposed, we will ask ourselves what other megalomanic secret programs are our Intelligence Agencies involved in that were started during the Bush Administration. U.S. Government Gang Stalking has been going on long enough. Demand the secret programs of the Bush Administration be exposed. Demand U.S. Government Gang Stalking is investigated.
