Today White, RED and Black are the Colors Used in Government Gang Stalking

A Government Gang Stalking Target's Outings From 10/1/2015 On

Government Gang Stalking is based on the Neuro-Linguistic Programming Technique of Anchoring. The Government Gang Stalkers try to have the Anchor constantly in front of the target to adversely affect her emotional state.
From May 2006 when my Government Gang Stalking began to May, 2015, RED was the Anchor used by the Government Gang Stalkers - RED cars, RED trucks, wearing or carrying RED, RED strollers, RED bikes. Then with over 200,000 views on my you tube channel on May 29, 2015 they switched from primarily Gang Stalking in RED to Black.
And in July they switched again to primarily Gang Stalking in White. Today I am Gang Stalked primarily in White, but secondarily in Black and intermittently in RED.Click this sentence to see My Walk on Carlsbad Blvd. and surrounding streets on October 1, 2015.

As I am about to get onto Buena Hills to leave our development, I see only one person on the street - in White and RED.

2. I go to the post office, as I do every 2nd Tuesday of the month - a person in White stands in the post office window.

3. As I exit the post office in my car a man in White is passing by.
|
4. As we get out of our car in the Carlsbad Senior Center for our walk first two people are there - one in White. Then another two people come in - one in White. Then a person wearing White goes into a White vehicle.

5. As we walk toward the road in leaving the Senior Center for our walk - a White and Black car are there - the two primary colors used in Government Gang Stalking.

6. As we start our walk we see one person on the street - a person wearing White washing a White car.
|
7. As we take our walk two people come in front of us - one in Black a Gang Stalking color.
|
8. On a pretty empty street a man with a White shirt rides by on a bike and stops his bike in back of us.

9. As we go by - on an empty street - a lady in White crosses the street.

Our Outing - Oct. 14, 2015
|
1. As I go to leave Mira Pacific Drive to get on Buena Hills to leave my development for our outing - a White car comes in front of me and a person in White is at the corner.

2. Here I am getting out of my car for our walk at the Mission as a person wearing White passes by.

3. As I'm walking into Stater Brothers - a person in White walks in front of me.

4. I get out of my car to go into Petco - and a White Truck passes behind me.

1. I get out of my car to go into Lowe's - a RED car pulls in.

2. I got out of my car to go into Lowe's - a RED car pulled in. Out of the RED car came men wearing White and Black. I found that interesting since Same Time Exit/Entry is a Government Gang Stalking Tactic and the Gang Stalkers use RED/White/Black clothes and Cars and Trucks.

3. I found it interesting that as I was walking toward Lowe's a Black car pulled up in front of the store and Black is one of the colors used in Government Gang Stalking.

4. Just as I get to my car after coming out of Lowe's - a RED truck pulls in behind me.
Government Gang Stalkers now use RED/White/Black cars or trucks or dress in RED/White/Black.

5. As we get out of our car to take our walk on the street in front of Lowe’s – people in White and Black are standing nearby. Our Corrupt, Lawless Government seeks to have the Anchors RED, White or Black constantly in front of its targets to adversely affect their emotional state.

6. White is now the primary Anchor/Color used in Government Gang Stalking. I go into a store to pay for a car wash - a person in White is there.

7. Here I am pulling into a space to go into Trader Joe's.

8. As I get out of my car to go into Trader Joe's a Black and White car pass behind me.

9. As I walk into Trader Joe's a person in White walks in front of me.
|
10. After we came out of Trader Joe's, I go to put the basket back - a person in RED passes by. Parked beside me is a white car with a person who just got in it.

1. I would like to emphasize I never say individuals are Government Gang Stalkers. I am not a mind reader. I don't know people's intentions. I just found it interesting that right after we parked on Laguna Drive for our walk tonight a car pulled up in front of us and a man in White and RED got out of it.

When I got out of my car for our walk I left a Camcorder going on my dashboard. It is this dashboard camcorder that took this video. You can't hear the Beep that came from the car when we turned right to enter Laguna Park (my car is all closed up with the camcorder within it), but you can see us go into the park and then the car lights go on - indicating the BEEP.
What you see in this video is my brother pushing his stroller, our dog, and my guiding the stroller from the front walking from our car to the entrance of the Laguna Drive Park. You see us turn right into the park (the entrance of the park is right there beside the car that parked in front of us) and you will see the car's lights go on as we enter the park. BEEPING is used by Government Gang Stalkers to harass. Typically, Gang Stalkers harass or stalk on entries and exits.
Now I would like to emphasize I am not saying the owner of this car is a Government Gang Stalker. I am not a mind reader. I don't know people's intentions. I just show you what I see to Provoke An Investigation into the Government Gang Stalking I have suffered 24/7 FOR THE LAST NINE YEARS.

During our walk on Laguna Drive there was a constant stream of, especially, White cars, but also RED cars which we saw less of for weeks when White was first introduced as an Anchor in July. But recently we have been seeing more RED - cars/people wearing RED.
My theory about that is when people start knowing that one color is being used primarily in Government Gang Stalking, to confuse, they emphasize another.
RED was the sole Anchor used in my Government Gang Stalking from May, 2006 to May, 2015.

2. I get out of my car to go into Sprouts - a person in RED is walking into the store. I would like to stress in no way am I saying he is a Government Gang Stalker. I am not a mind reader. I don't know people's intentions. I just take video at my entrances and exits from my car because that is one of the places where Government Gang Stalking - which is based on Anchoring/having the Anchor always in front of the target - takes place. My hope is these videos will precipitate An Investigation into Government Gang Stalking.

Our Walk on Ocean Ranch Blvd. on Oct. 10, 2015

- We just arrive in a very empty parking lot for our walk on Ocean Ranch Blvd. and a White Truck passes by.

2. As we're getting out of our car in this empty parking lot, a White car keeps circling the lot and a Black car pulls in.

3. Just as we are about to go onto Ocean Ranch Blvd. from the drive out of the parking lot a White truck passes in front of us.

4. As we go back to the parking lot after our walk a Black Hummer is there. Black is the second most frequent color used in Government Gang Stalking. During our walk a White car stopped beside us - the occupants didn't say anything - then it quickly went on.

5. As I'm putting my dog into our car to go - a White car passes by in this empty lot.

6. Here we are coming out of the parking lot with our car after our walk - we see one person in front of us - a lady with White pants.

1. I get out of my car for our walk and am Gang Stalked by Oceanside Police and Firemen.

2. Right after getting out of our car - a bicyclist in White comes by, a lady in White pushes a stroller by, White vehicles pass by and a man in Black stands across the street.

3. Just as we are out of our car and about to start our walk - people in RED, White and Black pass by.

4. After a day of being Gang Stalked on Pacific Street during our walk, we go to cross the street to go back to our car and a man in White, the only person at the corner, passes in front of us.

5. I go to the ATM - a man in White comes to use the machine next. As I go to my car, a man with a White shirt goes into the White car in front of me to pull out.
