I have been a Gang Stalking target since the summer of 2006 when I lived on 17 Massachusetts Drive in Newburgh, New York. When it first began I didn’t have a name for it. I thought I was just being bullied. I joined a bullying support group online and found that what I was experiencing had been experienced by others. I interviewed through email some of the people in my support group, two experts on bullying, and exchanged emails with Dr. Pamel Lutgen-Sanvik who taught at the University of New Mexico and has done research on workplace mobbing (which is like gang stalking except where gang stalking takes place in the community, mobbing takes place in the workplace).
I also exchanged emails with Gail Pursell Elliott who wrote the book, Mobbing: Emotional Abuse in the American Workplace with two other authors. Based on my interviews I wrote three articles which I tried unsuccessfully to get published in the Sunday edition of my local newspaper to try to inform my community what mobbing and gang stalking were.
Now my experience had a name – Gang Stalking. I went to Lieutenant Clancy of the Town of Newburgh Police. I wrote a letter to Major Raso of the Town of Newburgh State Troopers. Eventually I wrote to every member of the New York State legislature and members of Congress that had an email address I could find. But no one would help me. One legislator asked me if I had legislation for her to sponsor, but that was beyond my ability to do. I spoke to my cousin’s cousin who was the Mayor of the City of Newburgh, Nicky Valentine, and he told me he got complaints about gang stalking.
I continued doing research online which led me to civil liberties unions like the ACLU, the Bill of Rights Defense Committee, the Electronic Frontier Foundation. I read the testimony of Senator Feingold’s hearings on “Restoring the Rule of Law” and on and on. Eventually I wrote a book summarizing my research, Organized Gang Stalking New Torture Tactic to Neutralize Citizens? In 2012 and self-pubished it on lulu.com.
In 2009 I left New York to come to California with the hope maybe in California my Gang Stalking would stop. But it hasn’t. In the years I have lived here I have been daily gang stalked by police, by firemen, by EMS, and by citizens I call “Vigilantes” who use red cars, red trucks, wear or carry red in conspicuous surveillance.
What is Gang Stalking?
The definition given to newswoman Candice Nguyen of the Central Coast News, KCBA.com, by “local law enforcement” was “gang stalking is when multiple people organized to systematically stalk and harass a person, whether emotionally or physically.”
Red Squads
We know what police did in the past: from May 8, 2006 print edition of U.S. News & World Report.”
“Starting in the 1970’s, lawsuits and grand jury investigations uncovered all kinds of abuse by these units: illegal spying, burglaries, beatings, unwarranted raids, the spreading of disinformation. Americans engaged in constitutionally protected free speech were routinely photographed, wiretapped, and harassed –all in the name of national security.”
We know what the ACLU says law enforcement is doing today:
“Unfortunately, it appears that these old tendencies have once again come to the fore. Law enforcement agencies across America continue to monitor and harass groups and individuals for doing little more than peacefully exercising their First Amendment rights. A thorough search and review of news accounts by the ACLU reveals that these law enforcement behaviors have taken place in at least 36 states plus the District of Columbia in recent years. Americans have been put under surveillance or harassed by the police just for deciding to organized, march, protest, espouse unusual viewpoints, and engage in normal, innocuous behaviors such as writing notes or taking photgraphs in public.”
We know what Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez said about U.S. Surveillance Programs:
Then “Representative Loretta Sanchez (D-Calif.) said lawmakers learned “significantly more “ about the spy programs at the National Security Agency (NSA) during a briefing on Tuesday with counterterrorism officials.
“What we learned in there,” Sanchez said, “is significantly more than what is out in the media today.”
“I can’t speak to what we learned in there, and I don’t know if there are other leaks, if there’s more information somewhere, if somebody else is going to step up, but I will tell you that I believe it’s the tip of the iceberg.”
If you go to you tube: www.youtube.com/watch?v=vb1v34in9mY, you will see a You Tube video entitled, “Paint It Black: FBI Keeps Americans in dark about GPS tracking. In it you will hear, “Americans are being kept in the dark about how and why they are being followed by the nation’s security agency.” The ACLU has “asked the FBI to spell out WHAT TECHNIQUES IT USES WHEN IT TRACKS CITIZENS.” The ACLU in a Freedom of Information Act Request asked the FBI to reveal how and under what circumstances they track people. The Justice Department’s response was 100 pages of completely redacted material. Hence our government will not tell the America people how, when, and why government can track us.
We have seen parents labeled terrorists in the Biden Administration, but this is nothing new. It is long past time to Investigate and Expose our American Stasi/U.S. Government Gang Stalking MOBBING.
