Our Corrupt Government has turned neighbors into a horde of MOBBING/Gang Stalkers who are there at the entries and exits of ordinary citizens in a PSY-OPS program of UNREMITTING HARASSMENT.
The neighborhood MOBBERS Gang Stalk once I get off my street wearing White, Black or RED - driving White, Black or RED cars.
On my street, where many people know what is going on, Mobbers Gang Stalk on my entries and exits, but not always in the Gang Stalking colors.
What The Government Gang Stalkers In My Neighborhood Do:
1. They are there on my exits and entries - often in the Government Gang Stalking colors - White, Black or RED. Once I get off my street - the Government Gang Stalkers always wear White, Black or RED.
2. On my street (which is empty for most of the day) Gang Stalkers are there on my exits and entries - they might be walking by or coming into or out of their house or pulling into or out of their driveways.
3. Their favorite places to Gang Stalk are as I leave my home, as I leave my street, as I ride down Buena Hills to exit my development, and at the corner of Buena Hills and Vista Way where I actually exit my development.
4. They use BEEPING to harass when I go into my yard and at other times during the day. They use power equipment and hammering as part of their program of UNREMITTING HARASSMENT.
