  The COINTELPRO Program Started Under Mukasey:

    Edward Levi was the Attorney General during the Church Committee hearings. It was he, a former professor of constitutional law, who was responsible for setting up the first Guidelines for the FBI to make sure their activities didn’t violate the constitution. In December 2008, the Attorney General under President Bush, Michael Mukasey, set forth new Guidelines for the FBI allowing the FBI “to conduct ‘assessments’ of suspects without requiring any factual basis for suspicion.” Now the FBI could use physical surveillance, conduct an interview with a target’s neighbors or landlord or colleague or friend. It could even engage informants to infiltrate a political or other meeting to spy on the proceedings. It could get personal information from commercial databases. And it could do this without suspicion the target had done anything wrong. Moreover, any information the FBI collects could be kept forever.

  Senator Russ Feingold, Senator Dick Durbin, and Senator Ted Kennedy sent a letter to Attorney General Mukasey saying the authority he enabled could result in the FBI conducting a “long-term physical surveillance of an innocent American citizen.” Their concern was that such a physical surveillance could be initiated based on the exercise of first amendment rights or race or ethnicity or national origin or religion. Organizations concerned with civil liberties and religious freedom also protested.

1. Now here we're out of our car and ready to start our walk when we hear Repetitive BEEPING.  Repetitive BEEPING is a harassment tactic used in Government Gang Stalking.

1. As we walk on Los Arbolitios for our walk tonight in Oceanside there is hardly anyone there except the person in RED who walks in front of us.

1. I get out of my car to go into Stater Brothers a person in RED passes in front of my car.

1. I come out of Stater Brothers and load my groceries into my car.  Two people stand outside the store - one is wearing RED.

Can an “anchor” change your emotional state?

Not only Bush/Obama think so who have made it the heart of their horrific Government Gang Stalking Program of Surveillance and Unremitting Harassment, but actors have known this all along.  Hence one actor in order to prepare herself emotionally to play a scene sprays a certain perfume.  The perfume is an “anchor” that puts her in the right emotional state to play the part.  Another actor right before playing a part goes into her trailer and listens to a certain piece of music.

Some “anchors” that might change your emotional state:

if you have a dog who has given you much pleasure the sight of a dog of that breed that resembles yours might bring a smile to your face

if you were in a war associated with loud noises – even thunder which resembles the loud noises of war could affect your emotional state

What anchors do it for you?  What sights, sounds, smells etc. can change your emotional state?

Experience for yourself what the Bush/Obama Horrific Government Gang Stalking Program which uses touchless torture is like.

For instance, if you have lost a child - substitute any bad experience for this - think of a stimulus which reminds you of the pain of that lost - perhaps, some sight, smell, sound that was present at the time.  Then put that stimulus all over your house.  Put it there as you exit your house.  Put it in your car.  Have people put it everywhere you go.  Now do that every day, 24/7, for years - and you'll understand what the Touchless Torture Program of Government Gang Stalking is like.

ANCHORING

Gang Stalkers use anchoring to try to elicit a negative state in the target.  Our brain works to automatically form associations between stimuli.  It works like this.  A target is Gang Stalked.  Gang Stalking elicits a negative emotional state in the target.  All the Gang Stalkers expose the target to another stimulus - the anchor - for instance, "lawnmowers left on lawns."  Each day as the target rides in his car through his neighborhood he sees the people who have previously been gang stalking him have all left their lawnmowers out in the front of their lawns.  Now when the target goes into other neighborhoods - where gang stalking may also be occurring, since it is sometimes done through Neighborhood Watch Groups, he sees a lawn mower left on a lawn, and a negative emotional state is elicited in the target.

Anchors can be any stimulus that all the Gang Stalkers use.  Some common anchors used in Gang Stalking are:

Police, Firemen, EMS, Ambulance Drivers, Security Guards, Citizen Vigilantes - probably Our Neighborhood Watch Groups – who use RED cars, RED trucks or wear or carry RED in conspicuous surveillance -  are Gang Stalking average citizens 24/7 for years in emulation of the Stasi in Totalitarian East Germany.

1. What is Going On:

Police, Firemen, EMS, Ambulance Drivers, Security Guards, Citizen Vigilantes - probably Our Neighborhood Watch Groups -  are Gang Stalking average citizens.

2. The Tactic being Used Is Mobbing which is discussed in a new book by Oxford University Press: Mobbing Causes, Consequences and Solutions by Maureen Duffy and Len Sperry

The tactic is called mobbing/gang stalking.

3. What we are seeing is reminiscent of the blacklists of the McCarthy Era, RED Squads, and  COINTELPRO.

4. George Bush rescinded anti-COINTELPRO legislation.  Obama's Attorney General hasn’t written new Guidelines for the FBI opening the door for what we are seeing.

5. The ACLU says illegal police surveillance is going on in over thirty states.  What we are seeing is a national problem that requires investigation by our intelligence committees.

6. Bush in Operation Tips tried to get Neighborhood Watch Groups involved in the War on Terror.  What we are seeing is their involvement in Government Gang Stalking - that has nothing to do with terrorism, but rather, is an egregious abuse of government power.

7. The FBI is known for its use of conspicuous surveillance and that is what we are seeing where, not only First Responders and Security Guards are Gang Stalking citizens, but also, Neighborhood Watch Groups using RED cars, RED trucks, wearing or carrying RED.

Colonel Anthony Shaffer who wrote Operation Dark Heart told Judge Napolitano on Freedom Watch that our Government uses Neuro-Linguistic Programming in its PSY-OPS program.  One question the intelligence committees need to ask is why did so many firemen – who Gang Stalk – signed up for Neuro-Linguistic Programming Workshops where Anchoring – the technique that forms the core of Government Gang Stalking – is taught.

Techniques used in Government Gang Stalking are constant conspicuous surveillance, Shunning where neighbors are elicited to Gang Stalk to socially isolate targeted citizens, NOISE to harass using power equipment, mobbing in the targeted citizen’s workplace, even intimidation with dogs.  This is a program of UNREMITTING HARASSMENT reminiscent of the Stasi in East Germany.
