What Kind of Monster Government Soes The Seeds Of Hatred In Our Communities By Getting Neighbors/Neighborhoods To Gang Stalk?

The United States Government has done this sort of thing before. During a Program called COINTELPRO which lasted 15 years around the time of the Vietnam War, the U.S. Government used tactics of Psychological Warfare against people in the United States - "They spread misinformation about meetings and events, set up pseudo movement groups run by government agents, and manipulated or strong-armed parents, employers, landlords, school officials and others to cause trouble" for citizens.

When activists broke into FBI offices proving what the Government was doing, a Senate Committee investigated. Anti-COINTELPRO regulations were set up to make sure this would never happen again. In the Bush/CHENEY Administration, Anti-COINTELPRO regulations were rescinded setting the stage for Government Gang Stalking today.

Patterns of U.S. Government Gang Stalking In My Neighborhood
|
1. I'm Gang Stalked when I leave my home. The Gang Stalking takes place in the context of seemingly ordinary events - a neighbor going to their mailbox, putting out their garbage, driving in or out of their driveway, coming in or out of their house, passing by my home on foot or by car. At its beginning they would Gang Stalk in RED. Later they added Black and then White. Now, as frequently as not, they Gang Stalk on my street only - often not wearing Gang Stalking colors.
2. I'm Gang Stalked when I leave my street.
3. I'm Gang Stalked when I go onto Buena Hills to leave my development.
4. I'm Gang Stalked as I ride on Buena Hills.
5. I'm Gang Stalked at the intersection of North Way and Buena Hills about 3/4 of the way down the street.
6. I'm Gang Stalked when I exit my development at the end of Buena Hills.
7. I'm Gang Stalked when I put out or take in my garbage cans.
