Even in COINTELPRO, they didn't surveil people in their own homes, use Gaslighting tactics like Anchoring/Siren Sounds are one of the Anchors used, and UNREMITTINGLY HARASS targets for over 16 years as I have been. Police, Firemen, EMS, Ambulance Drivers, Security Guards, Citizen Vigilantes - probably Our Neighborhood Watch Groups - are Gang Stalking average citizens 24/7 for years in emulation of the Stasi in Totalitarian East Germany.

2. The Tactic being Used Is Mobbing which is discussed in a book by Oxford University Press: Mobbing Causes, Consequences and Solutions by Maureen Duffy and Len Sperry
The tactic is called mobbing/gang stalking.
3. What we are seeing is reminiscent of the blacklists of the McCarthy Era, RED Squads, and COINTELPRO.
4. George Bush rescinded anti-COINTELPRO legislation. Obama/Trump’s Attorney Generals didn’t write new Guidelines for the FBI opening the door for a continuation of what we are seeing.
5. The ACLU says illegal police surveillance is going on in over thirty states. What we are seeing is a national problem that requires investigation by our intelligence committees.
6. Bush in Operation Tips tried to get Neighborhood Watch Groups involved in the War on Terror. What we are seeing is their involvement in Government Gang Stalking - that has nothing to do with terrorism, but rather, is an egregious abuse of government power.
7. The FBI is known for its use of conspicuous surveillance and that is what we are seeing where, not only First Responders and Security Guards are Gang Stalking citizens, but also, Neighborhood Watch Groups using RED cars, RED trucks, wearing or carrying RED.
8. Colonel Anthony Shaffer who wrote Operation Dark Heart told Judge Napolitano on Freedom Watch that our Government uses Neuro-Linguistic Programming in its PSY-OPS program. One question the intelligence committees need to ask is why did so many firemen – who Gang Stalk – signed up for Neuro-Linguistic Programming Workshops where Anchoring – the technique that forms the core of Government Gang Stalking – is taught.
9. Techniques used in Government Gang Stalking are constant conspicuous surveillance, Shunning where neighbors are elicited to Gang Stalk to socially isolate targeted citizens, NOISE to harass using power equipment, BEEPING, Siren Sounds, setting off alarms, mobbing in the targeted citizens workplace, even intimidation with dogs. This is a program of UNREMITTING HARASSMENT reminiscent of the Stasi in East Germany.

I didn't go out on May 13 or May 14, so this morning, May 15, the Gang Stalkers of Costa Serena used the NOISE of Power Equipment to Wake Me Up: Disturbing Sleep - is another tactic in U.S. Government Gang Stalking. They try to get you to move and if you do, it all starts up again in your new Neighborhood where they get New Neighbors to MOB, use PSY-OPS Anchoring, use BEEPING, Siren Sounds, along with the NOISE of hammering/power equipment to disturb sleep in their Program of UNREMITTING HARASSMENT.

The last few days there's been one particular person - conforming to the MOBBING pattern - there when I took my garbage out at night, there when I checked for a UPS package this morning (they know I check for packages each morning).

I bring my brother in his wheelchair to the screened sliding door of his bedroom to get fresh air while listening to music as I prepare our meal. When I do there are Siren Sounds. At about 7:07 AM this morning there was a loud power-equipment like NOISE from outside that it so disturbed by sleeping brother, he got out of bed and started hitting his head against the wall. I'm thinking - since NOISE is used by Gang Stalkers to disturb sleep - this spate of NOISE that so disturbed my brother was in revenge for saying yesterday - our Corrupt Gang Stalking Intel Agencies had no red cars because they were afraid.
