Our Walk On Carlsbad Blvd. - Oct. 22, 2014 We park to take our walk.  A lady in a new car without a license plates pulls in back of us and shines her lights.  We will see the exact same lady in the exact same car pull up again when we go back to our car again shining her lights.  Brighting is a Government Gang Stalking Tactic. Brighting Is A Government Gang Stalking Tactic When we reach the cafe a lady in RED is sitting at an end table.  Parked on the end across from her is a RED truck. A lady in RED sits at the end table at the cafe. A RED truck is parked on the end across from the lady in RED at the cafe. There aren't many people on our side of the street, but one after another of people in RED pass us by. Only a lady with a RED bag stands in front of the hotel. A man with a RED shirt stands outside the bar. The only people we see in the parking garage are loading a RED truck. There is a girl with RED shorts and a man when we reach the corner.  The man looks at our poodle in his sweater and says, "A cat in a sweater."  I find that strange because I tease my dog IN MY HOUSE telling him he is a cat. A frequent pattern we see in Government Gang Stalking is RED cars parked on the end. Another frequent pattern we see in Government Gang Stalking is RED cars pulling out as we pass by. As we go back to our car first one Gang Stalking Carlsbad Police car comes by.  Then a second one comes by.  Then a third one - all in rapid succession. First one Gang Stalking Police Car comes by. Then a second Gang Stalking Carlsbad Police Car comes by. Then a third Gang Stalking Carlsbad Police Car comes by. When we get back to our car a car pulls up in back of us shining its lights. I walk up to the car and see (I walked up to it before, too) it is the same person who pulled up behind us when we arrived. I would like to emphasize in no case am I saying any of the people in the snapshots above are Gang Stalkers.  I am not a mind reader.  I don't know people's intentions.  I just share with you what I see during our walks in the hope in will provoke a demand for an investigation into Government Gang Stalking.
