To understand this PSY-OPS/MOBBING Program, you have to understand that the core is - I make exits or entries and a Gang Stalker is there (in car, on foot) or there is some kind of Anchoring.

As things in Government Gang Stalking get more widely known, to avoid detection their tactics get more covert. Patterns I have observed relately to the twin house attached to mine:
1. I Go into my Garage to go out - my neighbor goes out.
Then
2. I Go into my Garage to go out - just my neighbor's garage door opens
Today
3. I Go into my Garage to go out - noise comes from my neighbor's garage/our twin homes are attached.

Lots of BEEPING/Anchoring Today in this Neighborhood Stasi Program of UNREMITTING HARASSMENT from the front of my house where some of the Biggest Gang Stalkers on the street live and from the back of my house.

I go out at 1:16 AM to take out some garbage and get my mail and the Gang Stalking Stasi of Costa Serena "play" their phony Siren Sounds/an Anchor - part of their Stasi Program of UNREMITTING HARASSMENT.
