My brother has been severely self-mutilative/headbanging. Ordered la crosse chest pads to hook his helmet to (he takes his helmet off and bangs his head), to try to get him to stop banging his head. Ordered them one day air. They never came. A second pair had to be sent by the seller. In the same way medicine I badly needed for my dog never came, had to be resent by the seller. When my dog had surgery and I was also contending with my brother banging his head and I couldn't shop, meals from Doordash and Grubhub never came.
My suspicion is, not that UPS, Grubhub etc. Gang Stalk, but that our corrupt Gang Stalking government when they know I am most desperate - ordering things one day air, for instance, interfere with the deliveries, perhaps, through their network of some drivers who Gang Stalk.
