One Aspect of U.S. Government Gang Stalking Is Getting Neighbors/People in the Neighborhood to Gang Stalk To Socially Isolate the Target and Try To Drive the Target From Her Home.

To understand Government Gang Stalking just look at the news. We are seeing the total breakdown of our society. Our news media is biased and has an agenda. Our law enforcement agencies - the FBI, The Department of Justice - now break the law. In our Neighborhoods neighbors and people in the neighborhood are radicalized to Gang Stalk/MOB the target when she leaves or enters her home. The MOBBING is done in the context of ordinary behavior.
1. the target leaves her driveway - a neighbor leaves or enters their driveway, or pulls to or away from the curb, or comes in or out of their house.
2. the target leaves her home - a Neighborhood Gang Stalker passes by
3. the target is tracked inside her own home
4. her patterns are ascertained and are used in implementing the Gang Stalking
5. she is Gang Stalked when she exits her street, when she exits her development
5. power equipment/barking dogs are used to disturb sleep

In the beginning, the Neighborhood Gang Stalkers would wear or carry RED. When that became widely known, the Gang Stalking continued, but RED was no longer regularly used.

What do the Neighborhood Gang Stalkers do once you know I'm Gang Stalked:
1. By people walking past as I exit my driveway
2. As I exit my street
3. As I go onto Buena Hills to exit my development
4. When I exit my development
Well, they come up with a new "Anchor" (U.S. Government Gang Stalking, a PSY-OPS program is based on the technique of Anchoring used in NeuroLinguistic Programming), of course. How does the target recognize new "Anchors"? Because ordinary behavior is based on probability, whereas, Gang stalking behavior repeats. Government Gang Stalking behavior follows repetitive patterns.

A Pattern I've Seen Before Right After Exiting My Driveway And Going Up My Street in Going Out.

The Pattern: I leave my driveway and as I go up my street - a light switches on or off. The light that switches from on to off is on the right. Yes, things in this PSY-OPS program are this weird.

Normal behavior is random. Gang Stalking behavior is repetitive and follows patterns. And although the Anchors are changed so that Gang Stalking can't be detected, where the Gang Stalking takes place doesn't change. I'm usually Gang Stalked here (next video) as I am about to exit my development. Lights turned on and off is the latest pattern I have been seeing as I go to exit my development.

One of the objectives in U.S. Government Gang Stalking is to make the target look crazy when she tries to explain the Anchoring that goes on in this demonic Government PSY-OPS Program. The FBI calls it neutralizing/trying to discredit the target.

It starts with BEEPING as I sit at my computer in the front of the house. The Gang Stalkers use BEEPING as a harassment tactic. Then power equipment. I go away from my computer. The power equipment stops. I come back to my computer. It starts up again.

On the day after a RED car passed before me - on our usually empty street - today as I went to retrieve a UPS package (I do almost all my shopping online and in the next few days will be receiving several packages) a group of people stood across the street. From my over a decade with this Sick, Perverse, Outrageous program can I tell you that this is the kind of thing our government would do, the way our Narcissistic, Sociopathic Intel Agencies would design Gang Stalking the day after an obvious RED car passed by - Yes, Yes, Yes? Their goal is to make the target feel helpless/hopeless/depressed - showing nothing she does can stop the Gang Stalking (predictably the day after I posted the RED car of yesterday on Twitter, Facebook, my Website, to email groups - THERE WAS AN INCREASE IN MY GANG STALKING LAST NIGHT - including two police cars). This is what Narcissists do. Think of Trump when he is insulted. Does he back down? No, he increases his attacks. This is what our Narcissistic, Sociopathic Gang Stalking Government does. But they try to cloak their Gang Stalking in something that looks (this is a PSY-OPS program) like it could never be Gang Stalking.
Regarding the picture below taken as I retrieved today's UPS package on my usually empty street, I would like to say I never say individuals in any of my snaphsots or videos are U.S. Government Gang Stalkers. I am not a mind reader. I don't know people's intentions. I just show you what I see - patterns I have seen since May 2006 when my Government Gang Stalking began after a conflict with a bully new neighbor fireman. I want this investigated and that's why I will never stop taking pictures until everyone in America sees how sick, how perverse, how corrupt, how sadistic - how our Out-of-Control Government now treats its citizens with PSY-OPS madness.

For instance, today - Buena Hills is completely empty of cars, but as I go to get on it to leave my development in going out - a vehicle comes in front of me at the corner of Mira Pacific Dr./Buena Hills. You'd think they'd get tired of doing this - but Gang Stalkers love repetition.
