White, RED and Black - Are The Colors Used in Government Gang Stalking

The Anchors Used Today By Our Corrupt Government In The PSY-OPS Program Against Citizens are White, Black and RED.

I take snapshots of my leaving my home because for the last nine years this is one of the places I am Gang Stalked. It seems the intent of our Corrupt Government's Gang Stalking Program is to get surrounding neighbors to gang stalk their target on her entries and exits for UNREMITTING HARASSMENT and to socially isolate her.
The tactics used are:
1. I exit my garage - a car or person passes behind me.
2. I exit my garage - a neighbor is pulling in or out of their driveway, entering or exiting their home.
3. Anchoring is used in Government Gang Stalking where the Gang Stalkers wear the Anchor colors of RED, Black or White on the street on my exits and entries.

I would like to emphasize for all the snapshots above - I never say individuals are Government Gang Stalkers. I am not a mind reader. I do not know people's intentions. I just show you what I see to Provoke An Investigation Into Government Gang Stalking which includes getting surrounding neighbors to Gang Stalk their target on their entries and exits from their home, their street, their development.
