Government Gang Stalking Patterns In My Neighborhood

One of the most horrific aspects of U.S. Government Gang Stalking which I have experienced both in New York and California since my Government Gang Stalking started in May of 2006, in all the neighborhoods I have lived in since then, is a percentage of Neighbors/People in the Neighborhood Gang Stalking.
The PSY-OPS tactics used on the street where the U.S. Government Gang Stalking targets live consists of neighbors coming in or out of their homes as the target enters or exits her home, pulling up to or away from curbs, garages, going to their mailboxes at the exact time the target goes to her mailboxes, using “Anchoring” – cars/clothing/bikes/things they carry/lights in Gang Stalking colors – primarily RED and Green, using BEEPING, Phony Siren Sounds, and NOISE to harass, MOBBING at corners/having a Gang Stalker at certain corners as the target rides through her neighborhood to go out.
When this first started the Neighbor Gang Stalkers would wear RED or use their cars to gang stalk. As everyone began to know they used RED, they would Gang Stalk at the same places, in the same way, but not using RED, except occasionally.

I take my dog out to pee in my own fully fenced in backyard. This is the time the Government Gang Stalkers of Costa Serena use their "Anchoring" in their Program of UNREMITTING HARASSMENT. Tonight is was repetitive BEEPING from a couple of blocks over in this covert PSY-OPS Program. This morning it was "Siren" Sounds used as an "Anchor."
There is a disconnect between what I heard these last couple of nights from people like Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren talking about Restoring Values back to America, and the reality of the fact that they are saying nothing about what should be one of the most important issues. That issue is the evolving of the United States into a Police State starting with the New World Order Globalist Administration of Bush/CHENEY. That was the Administration that said if you disagreed with them on the War in Iraq you were aiding the terrorists. That was the Administration that disassembled our Bill of Rights and in its place put Inaccurate Watch Lists, Suspicious Activity Reports used in Personal Vendettas, and Fusion Centers that spread lies around the country. That was the Administration that when Congress slapped down their idea for a Stasi/Operation TIPS went underground with Government Gang Stalking, a much more virulent program, done in secret that corrupted the morals of our First Responders and Neighborhood Watch Groups and turned them into Gang Stalking/MOBBING hoods.
I experience the Corrupt Legacy of Bush/CHENEY every time I go into my backyard, enter or exit my home, or go into the community.
Eizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris - you both are a joke - until you acknowledge the Police State of the United States that weighs heavily on ordinary people because politicians like you two pretend it doesn't exist.

You might ask yourself - if this pattern has been shown repeatedly - why do the people who orchestrate U.S. Government Gang Stalking in your neighborhood keep doing it. Answer:
1. The people who orchestrate U.S. Government Gang Stalking are Narcissists. Narcissists never admit defeat (their ego is too weak).
2. An important goal in U.S. Government Gang Stalking is to make the Target feel "helpless" to stop it.
3. If they stopped it, it would be more "obvious" they were doing it.
Since they know their tactics do not stop me from exposing them, they are putting a good part of their energy in trying to get me to move out of the neighborhood.

One of the earliest patterns they used in U.S. Government Gang Stalking - part of their "Anchoring" - was to park RED cars and trucks on corners and the ends of parking lots where they would be most visible.

For a long time the "Anchoring" Pattern was there when I went to exit my development in going out and there was a Green light (green is the second most frequent color used in U.S. Government Gang Stalking as an "Anchor") at the corner of Buena Hills/North Way. Recently, the "Anchoring" Pattern is there at the end of Buena Hills right before I turn on my street in coming home.
RED vehicles parked on corners where they are very visible is a long standing "Anchor" Pattern used in U.S. Government Gang Stalking.

How Gaslighting/"Anchoring" worked in my neighborhood when I lived in New York:
|
First the Gang Stalkers - people who would regularly use "Anchoring" when I left my house to go out - would all leave their lawn mowers on their front lawns. As I went out into the community, for instance, to take my brother to see the ducks - across the street would be a house with a lawnmower on their front lawn. And so on, wherever I went that day.
Next the Gang Stalkers would all leave their lawnmowers inside in the front of their garages with the garage door open.
Finally, the Gang Stalkers would just leave their garage doors open.
Hence I found it interesting that today as I exited my garage there was no Gang Stalker walking by, going out or arriving home at the same time I exited my garage as they often do - just a garage door open.

In the beginning it was all in RED, now in my neighborhood - Gang Stalked at the same places - just not in RED.

I would like to emphasize I never say anyone in any of my snapshots or videos is a U.S. Government Gang Stalker. I am not a mind reader. I don't know people's intentions. I just show you the repetitive patterns I have seen since my Government Gang Stalking began in May, 2006 to Provoke An Investigation into U.S. Government Gang Stalking.
