1. How interesting!  I run into Ralph's to get a couple of items and when I come out a few minutes later - a RED car has parked beside mine.  Now I'd like to make clear in no way am I inferring this person is a Government Gang Stalker.  I'm not a mind reader.  I don't know people's intentions.  I just take videos of what I see to provoke an investigation into Government Gang Stalking.

2. Here I am getting out of my car for our walk on Pacific St. in Oceanside, CA today and a RED vehicle comes by.  I would like to make clear in no way am I inferring this vehicle is Gang Stalking.  I am not a mind reader.  I do not know people's intentions.  I just take video of patterns I have seen every day for the last seven years as a Government Gang Stalking target to provoke an investigation into what appears to be a new COINTELPRO-type program.

3. Anchoring is the core of Government Gang Stalking and although I would like to stress I am not saying this car belongs to a Gang Stalker (I'm not a mind reader.  I don't know people's intentions.), this is a pattern I see every day.

Another pattern I see every day as a Gang Stalking target is we go to an intersection - a Gang Stalker is there wearing or carrying RED or in a RED car or truck.  I'd like to emphasize I am not saying this person is a Gang Stalker.  I am not a mind reader.  I don't know people's intentions.  I just show patterns I see every day to provoke an investigation into Government Gang Stalking.

6. Here we are having just crossed the street at the intersection.  A RED truck is there.

7. On a street empty of pedestrians a man with a RED hat walks parallel to us.

First the man with the RED hat crossed the street and walked in front of us briefly.  Then we saw him a few minutes later walking toward us.  I would like to emphasize in no way am I saying he is a Gang Stalker.  I am not a mind reader.  I do not know people's intentions.  I just took this video because this is a pattern I have seen before in my seven years as a Government Gang Stalking target and I'm trying to provoke an investigation into Government Gang Stalking.

9. Got too dark to show the people in RED going into a house as we walked on Pacific St. or the man in RED who ran in front of us as we walked back to our car.  Here as we reached the Coast Highway on our way home a woman in RED walks in front of us at the intersection.
