Government Gang Stalking Patterns In My Neighborhood - April 2021 Introduction Beside Gang Stalking in the community, they also get your neighbors and people in the neighborhood to participate in Government Gang Stalking.  The purpose seems to be to drive the target out of the neighborhood.  Of course, it's stupid to move, because they just get your new neighbors to do the same thing. In the Neighborhood, they get your neighbors and people in the neighborhood to MOB you as you leave your home, your street, get onto Buena Hills to leave your development, exit your development.  A Gang Stalker will be standing there or passing by - just as you come by.  Your movements, of course, are tracked, your patterns are ascertained.  They even track your movement Inside Your Own Home and listen to what you say - in my case, probably via my Samsung TVs. In addition to MOBBING, they use Gas Lighting (Gang Stalking "Light" - to make the target look crazy), Anchoring, and NOISE (power equipment/hammering/BEEPING/setting off alarms) in their program of UNREMITTING HARASSMENT. The Primary Anchor used in Government Gang Stalking is RED, so there will be people in RED walking in the neighborhood as you pass by in your car, RED chairs, RED lights - something RED displayed in neighbors/people in the neighborhood's houses.  Green is the second most frequent Anchor used in Government Gang Stalking.
