The above video describes what I saw on our outing today. I NEVER SAY ANY INDIVIDUAL CAR OR TRUCK OR PERSON I SEE IS A GANG STALKER. I AM NOT A MIND READER SO I CANNOT KNOW PEOPLE’S INTENTIONS. I JUST DESCRIBE WHAT I SEE.

The ACLU has said that illegal police surveillance is going on in over 30 states. In the above video I guessed that it wasn't going on in some plain states. Even more than that I think it probably isn't going on in states like Vermont and New Hamshire where people have a strong sense of self. Strong individuals, I think, wouldn't gang stalk.
