In U.S. Government Gang Stalking They Get Your Neighbors and People In The Neighborhood To UNREMITTING HARASS by:
1. MOBBING you when you go to retrieve a UPS package from your own front door, go to put your garbage out, enter or exit your home, street, and subsequent intersections until you go to exit your development, where they MOB you there.
2. In Government Gang Stalking they try to deprive you of services. One day I hire a person in the neighborhood to perform a service. The next day they will MOB me.
3. I am harassed with horn BEEPING, Siren sounds, NOISE from power equipment.
4. In this COINTELPRO-like PSY-OPS Program - they use Anchoring - display something RED on their property to negatively affect your mood (they use Neuro-Linguistic Programming in their PSY-OPS program - RED functions as a conditioned negative stimulus). They use Gas Lighting to try to prove the target is crazy.

I go out to throw some bags of garbage in the garbage can at 3:54 AM and there is BEEPING which is used in Government Gang Stalking in their UNREMITTING HARASSMENT Program.

I go into my garage to vacuum my car. 3181 Coral Drive goes into their garage which is attached to mine and then from there, a car alarm goes off. I notice because setting off car alarms is a tactic in U.S. Government Gang Stalking, as is Same Time Exit/Entry.
