In COINTELPRO:
“Psychological warfare: The FBI and police used myriad 'dirty tricks' to undermine progressive movements. They planted false media stories and published bogus leaflets and other publications in the name of targeted groups. They forged correspondence, sent anonymous letters, and made anonymous telephone calls. They spread misinformation about meetings and events, set up pseudo movement groups run by government agents, and manipulated or strong-armed parents, employers, landlords, school officials and others to cause trouble for activists. They used bad-jacketing to create suspicion about targeted activists, sometimes with lethal consequences.”
Government Gang Stalking differs from COINTELPRO in that targets are often selected in personal vendettas by First Responders invited to abuse power through the lack of due process, Suspicious Activity Reports, the incompetence of Fusion Centers etc.
But Government Gang Stalking is like COINTELPRO in that they get those around the target – neighbors, people in the neighborhood – to participate in the Gang Stalking.
Government Gang Stalking looks like ordinary behavior. What distinguished it is repetition and duration. A person comes out of their house – a neighbor comes out of their house, but when it happens almost every time they come out of their house – the repetition might trigger further investigation because this is an attribute of Gang Stalking. And when the repetition goes on for a decade – you should demand an investigation.

We can only understand things in context. The context for me for me is that I am Gang Stalked daily by neighbors and people in the neighborhood in this PSY-OPS Government Gang Stalking Program. The context is that since May 2006 the Government Gang Stalkers have used RED as an "Anchor" in U.S. Government Gang Stalking. So the thing on 3189 Coral Drive's roof in the house next to mine does not have the same meaning for me it might have for other people who haven't been Gang Stalked for over a decade.My strategy for dealing with the RED light constantly facing my yard will be to put in this section of my website every day it is there this statement:
"When I went into my backyard 3189 Coral still had the RED light up which would be considered an “Anchor” in U.S. Government Gang Stalking. " Date
I learned this strategy from a psychologist who said such repetitive stereotyped statements switch things from the right emotional brain to the left brain which deals with stereotyped responses. After over a decade of "seeing RED" - you learn some ways to deal with it.

How Anchoring Works In U.S. Government Gang Stalking (they call it "touchless torture"): All the Gang Stalkers use a particular stimulus - for instance the color, RED, which becomes associated with the very aversive experience of U.S. Government Gang Stalking/MOBBING - sometimes a hundred people a day Gang Stalking/MOBBING you are wearing or carrying RED, driving RED cars, pushing RED strollers, riding RED bikes.
Such classically conditioned stimuli - RED - coupled with Gang Stalking/MOBBING (the unconditioned stimuli - it's just outright aversive) by Neighborhood Watch Group Members everywhere you go (today after we checked out of Target and moved to the front of the store to let my brother drink his soda - a lady wearing RED/Gang Stalker came and stood near us) - elicit automatic fight or flight/psysiological responses. So, for instance, everytime I exit my back door at night and look at the RED light on top of 3189 Coral Drive's Roof, I will have an aversive physiological emotional reaction (fight or flight response).

3. When they go to leave their development
I have a challenge for these U.S. Government Gang Stalkers who are Gang Stalking citizens in their own neighborhoods. If you are so proud of what you are doing - Make It Public. Advertise the name of your development, apartment building, home owners' association, mobile home park, community and let future residents know that you Gang Stalk.
If you are proud of what you do - let everyone know you are a Gang Stalking Community. Advertise the names of the people in your building or in your mobile home park or in your homeowners' association or community that do the Gang Stalking.
Why keep it secret if you are not ashamed of what you do, afraid of letting the whole country know what you are doing to average citizens in America?
If you will not tell the Whole Country what you do then it will be up to us who see this as an outrageous Totalitarian Program to do our utmost to make everyone in America aware of what is going on.

It's 11:38 am and there is no trace of the outrageously loud hammering coming from the back of my house on Mira Pacific Drive that woke my brother up banging his head. Interesting that the loudest hammering comes about 9:00 am.

No Same Time Exit/Entry Gang Stalking as I Return to My Home After Going Out Today. Instead When I Go Into My Garage - There is the Faint Sound of A Siren - Which Gang Stalkers in the Neighborhood Use As An "Anchor." Click the movie reel below to hear it.

I go out to throw some garbage in my garbage cans - and instead of having one of my neighbors do Same Time Exit/Entry Gang Stalking or having a Gang Stalker pass in front of my house by car or on foot or doing Repetitive Beeping - they just do Two BEEPS. Now that's progress!

I go to shut the blinds of my sliding doors for the evening and am confronted with the RED light which could be considered an "Anchor" in U.S. Government Gang Stalking. As I go to take a picture of it, the Repetitive Beeping (seemed to come from across the street) which Neighborhood Gang Stalkers do - starts. Notice my completely fenced in yard. The only way neighbors could know I opened my sliding doors - to start the Repetitive Beeping - is if my every movement (including in my own home) is surveilled.
