Introduction
It started most likely with the Bush/CHENEY Administration after 9/11. Anti-COINTELPRO regulations were rescinded for the FBI. The New COINTELPRO program would involve MOBBING/Gang Stalking. Police, Firemen, EMS, Ambulance Drivers, Security Guards, Neighborhood Watch Groups would participate.
In our Neighborhoods the Program would go like this:
1. Neighbors would be solicited to Gang Stalk citizen targets.
2. They would use RED cars/trucks or wear or carry RED. When that became well known they would still Gang Stalk in the same way, but often without RED.
3. The primary tactic in this PSY-OPS Program would be:
Same Time Exit/Entry - When the target entered or exited her home/street/development etc. a Gang Stalker would be there.
On her street she would be tracked 24/7 - even movements in her own home. When she came out or went into her home - a neighbor would come out or go into their home or pull into the driveway/curb or away from it.
Or a person or car would be passing by. The Goal was to have a Gang Stalker there on her entries and exits. A percentage of her neighbors and people in the neighborhood would participate in this MOBBING program.

If the target moved the same Gang Stalking/MOBBING Program would start up in her new neighborhood.

Another component of this Gang Stalking/MOBBING Program is UNREMITTING HARASSMENT:
1. NOISE to harass/construction noises/power equipment etc.
2. BEEPING to harass - they often use a single BEEP.
3. Siren Sounds - to harass when target goes into her backyard etc.
4. Anchoring - RED and Green are the two most frequently used Anchors. This whole program is based in part on Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Firemen were noted in unusual numbers to take Neuro-Linguistic Programming workshops after 9/11.

I open my eyes in my bed in my bedroom in the back of the house in awakening - and a BEEP (Anchor) comes from the back of the house. All yesterday as I sat at my computer there was was a series of single BEEPS (an Anchor Government Gang Stalkers use in their Program of UNREMITTING HARASSMENT) from across the street from the direction of the house of one of the Biggest Gang Stalkers on the Street.

I open my front door to retrieve a UPS package and from the direction of the white truck across the street a door slams. When I go to write about it here I am thrown off this page and then a BEEP comes from across the street.

Feb. 2, 2019 started for me with construction noises and then when I go to work on my computer in the dining room there are the "phony" played Siren Sounds (used as an Anchor in U.S. Government Gang Stalking) of the Gang Stalkers of Costa Serena. The Status Quo Vs. Its Greatest Threat/Trump

Henry Kissinger (Hillary Clinton's hero - it was under her/as Secretary of State that the Democrats began winning over Neocons like Dick Cheney who praised her) was wrong that only a New World Order (the homogenization of the world under U.S. and its allies leadership/Gang Stalking is going on in NATO countries) could bring peace.
No - It is to a philospher, Martin Buber, that we must look to how to bring world peace with his emphasis on "I-Thou"/dialogical Relationships rather than "I-It"/manipulative Relationships. Trump began as he ran for the Presidency articulating a different kind of Foreign Policy in which he would talk/dialogue to anyone. In contrast to the Neocons/Globalists he had a greater sense of (psychological and geopolitical) boundries. He had a clear sense of what were American Interests which he would defend around the world. He had a clear sense of boundries and sought to end our endless war in pursuit of the homogenization/New World Order of the world.
He posed a great threat to the Status Quo and the Status Quo united to take him down.

Where Kissinger got it wrong is it is not a Collectivity that the world must become - homogenization - one value system - but rather a community. We need to look to psychology/philosophy to discern what a community is:
1. the individual exists in a community - individual people/individual countries with a strong sense of boundries
2. individual countries/people speak for themselves as to what their interests and wants are
3. there is no discounting/mind reading in a community - you don't tell countries/people what their interests/wants/needs/viewpoints are - YOU ASK.
4. then you listen
5. then you engage in dialogue to come up with mutually satisfying solutions where you need to collaborate
In such an I-Thou/dialogical community of mutual respect, of strong boundries, of respect for differences - there is no need for war/manipulation/propaganda. War/manipulation/propaganda exists where there are no boundries, no respect for individuality/individual people or countries - but only a Narcissistic Forcing of Your Worldview on Others.

My Perspective On Where We Are As A Country
|
1. Many people know about Government Gang Stalking, it is hard to see how it will remain "secret" much longer.
2. Trump's economic policies will soon be judged by the American people. I hear there will be smaller refunds on taxes. Clothing prices seem to be climbing with fewer Chinese goods. The low prices due to globalization had helped seniors on a fixed income such as myself.
3. A great number of Americans rightfully distrust their (Gang Stalking) Government. It's hard to see how the Democratic Presidential candidates pitch for MORE Government will sell.
4. Capitalism is being hit by the Socialists, but we haven't had a real conversation about economic systems, yet. The word "Corporatism" will need to be in the mix before that happens.
5. In my view as long as we retain our Two Dysfunctional Party System we are doomed. The rise of Socialism, hopefully, will result in more parties becoming real contenders in the American System.

In my opinion Donald Trump's Biggest Mistake, so far, has been appointing so many Neocons - such as John Bolton, Gina Haspel, Christopher Wray - to positions of power and then expecting to forge the New Foreign Policy he promised. Whoever has his ear (his Vice President?) concerning appointments is no Reformer. If he wanted to stop America's Endless Wars, he should have talked to someone like Ron Paul about the people he needed in positions of power to achieve it.
