Patterns In U.S. Government Gang Stalking
The U.S. Gang Stalking American Stasi use White/Black/RED cars and/or Wear White/Black or RED. The FBI calls it "Conspicuous Surveillance."

Out Outing - Feb. 16, 2016

You're dead, one neighbor told me. A lady in a RED truck told me - The people in Oceanside WANT YOU OUT! One man tried to force his way into my locked car with me in it. Another person stopped my car in the middle of the road. One lady in a RED car held my hands and wouldn't let me go until my screams made a security guard and eventually the police come who asked me if I wanted to press charges against her. Being a U.S. Government Gang Stalking Whistle Blower means dealing daily with people who are very emotional. Will I someday be physically hurt? U.S. Government Gang Stalking is a vicious program that encourages neighbors to try to drive you out of the neighborhood, that assassinates your character, and makes you an object of HATE. How is it this can continue to go on in America 24/7 FOR OVER NINE YEARS - and no media outlet or political leader exposes it?
I would like to emphasize I never say any individual in my videos or snapshots are Government Gang Stalkers. I am not a mind reader. I don’t know people’s intentions. Same Time Exit/Entry Is A U.S. Government Gang Stalking Tactic
Here as I go to get back into my car after our walk - which included only people in Gang Stalking colors walking on our side of the street and a constant stream of White and Black cars going by - first a White SUV pulls in front of me, then a Black car goes by, a woman in RED and White comes to the corner, a White SUV is pulling out, a White jeep passes in front of us, then a Black truck comes around the corner, followed by a RED truck.

Here I have just left my parking space after our walk today. In back of me is a RED truck. On the other corner is a White truck and on the other corner is a Black car. RED, White and Black are the colors used by the American Stasi/National Neighborhood Watch Group Program/Citizen Corps in U.S. Government Gang Stalking.

1. As I pull out of my driveway for our outing today - a person in RED is sitting near the foot of my driveway.

2. Here I am coming out of Pet Smart (my dog won't eat his food - so I'm trying different types). As I exit the door - a man in White is there.

3. As I go into Pet Smart a person wearing White is going in and a person wearing Black is coming out.
|
4. As we go back to our car after taking a short walk on the sidewalk beside Walmart - a Black car just stands directly in front of us.

5. I find it interesting that for the six years I'd been in California I had never seen one of these signs and then all of a sudden I am seeing them, not only in one, but in two stores. It is my suspicion based on experience with getting services from a variety of service providers that some service providers are blacklisted for providing services to a Government Gang Stalking target. I base that contention on seeing that when I first went to some service providers there were multiple clients there and now when I go I am often the only one there. There needs to be An Investigation into Blacklisting by the Corrupt Gang Stalking U.S. Government as part of this program.
I would like to emphasize that I am not saying the person who put up this sign is a Government Gang Stalker. I am not a mind reader. I don't know people's intentions. I just show what I see To Provoke An Investigation into the U.S. Government Gang Stalking I have suffered 24/7 FOR THE LAST NINE YEARS.

P.S. - I would like to say this doesn't happen EVERY time I come here. However, recently I am seeing this sign more frequently and not only in this store.

1. As I get out of my car to go into targets there is repetitive BEEPING, a tactic used by Stasi U.S. Government Gang Stalkers. Beside a car that stops and then starts BEEPING multiple times, there is a person in White and a person in Black that walk in front of me. White and Black are today the predominant colors used by the U.S. Government Gang Stalkers/the National Neighborhood Watch Group Program/Citizen Corps. You will also notice a constant stream of White vehicles going by as well as people wearing White and Black. A percentage of our population now Gang Stalks.

2. Here we are getting into our car after coming out of Target's as a person in White and a person in Black pass by. White and Black are now the predominant colors used in U.S. Government Gang Stalking.

3. As I pull out of my driveway to go out today two people are going into the house across the street. During World War II the Jews were driven out of some of their homes by people in the neighborhood. We need An Investigation into Shunning perpetrated by the Gang Stalking U.S. Government. Does Our Stasi U.S. Government get surrounding neighbors to Gang Stalk average citizens that it targets in its Corrupt Gang Stalking Program? Does it have them/Stalk/there at all the targets' exits and entries pulling into or out of their driveways/ going into or out of their houses simultaneously as the target enters or leaves her house? Does it provoke HATE in our neighborhoods - some neighbors telling the target - "You're dead" - neighbors stopping the target's car in the middle of the road and harassing her - Gang Stalkers yelling "Cunt" as the target drives by?

4. As I get out of my car for our walk today a White car comes behind me and turns around and a man in Black circles his bike on the street. White and Black are the predominant colors used in Government Gang Stalkers.

1. As I exit my home via Buena Hills there are only 3 people on the street. Here you see the top of Buena Hills - two people in Black are talking. Black, RED and White are the colors used in Government Gang Stalking.

2. Here I am exiting my development via Buena Hills. In the previous video you saw two people in Black talking at the top of Buena Hills. Of the 3 people on the street - in this video you see as I reached the bottom of Buena Hills a third person in Black is getting into a car. When I reached the bottom of Buena Hills a runner with Black pants was on the street.

3. Here I am coming home after going out this morning. As I enter my driveway two people are on the street - wearing Black. Black, RED and White are the colors used in Government Gang Stalking.

4. One of the patterns in U.S. Government Gang Stalking is the Gang Stalking at intersections throughout the target's outing. Today as I come to the first intersection after leaving my development a Black and two RED cars are there at the corner. Black, RED and White are the colors used by the American Stasi in U.S. Government Gang Stalking.

5. Gang Stalking, particularly, at corners is a pattern in U.S. Government Gang Stalking. As I approach this corner - a big Gang Stalking corner - there is a person in RED and White, another with a White hat, in front of me a black and RED car, at the corner a White SUV. This is what happens in Government Gang Stalking throughout my ride each and every day.

6. Here I am at another intersection: a RED car comes toward me. There is only one person walking on the street in White with a RED hat. This is what happens in U.S. Government Gang Stalking at corners.

7. As I arrive at this corner a RED car is turning to my left, a White car is ahead of me, to my right is a Gang Stalking Oceanside Police next to a Black car. RED, White and Black are the colors used by the American Stasi in U.S. Government Gang Stalking.

8. U.S. Government Gang Stalking takes place, especially, at corners. Here at this one - a person with a RED shirt crosses in front of me, across from that a man in Black with a RED backpack - to my left a RED SUV, Black car in front, white car in back of me.

9. As I looked out the front window while I waited in the waiting room to be called in for my appointment what I saw out the front window was a White truck with a man in White just sitting in it (didn't take that picture because I was in a waiting room). When I pulled out from my parking space after the appointment a man with RED shorts and a RED hat walked in front of me. When I got to the corner RED, White and Black cars were there.

10. I am especially Gang Stalked on my entries and exits. Here I am entering the 78 (where I am usually Gang Stalked) which I am taking home after my appointment. Gang Stalking Oceanside Firemen are there.

In the evening:
As I get out of my car to go into Walmart the Lawless Oceanside Police who Gang Stalk with the American Stasi just happen to be there along with people walking in White and Black.

1. As I leave my development there is only one car on the street, Buena Hills, an SUV with a White trunk on its roof. White is the most prevalent Anchor used in U.S. Government Gang Stalking.

2. I get out of my car to go into Sprouts - where an alarm went off as I was inside the store (not the first time). A White car passed behind me and a girl in White did, too. White is the most prevalent color now used in U.S. Government Gang Stalking.

3. As we exit Sprouts - a White SUV is there. A person wearing RED comes out of it. A person in Black stands in front of the store. A person wearing White exits the store, too.

4. After going to Sprouts on the way home I stop to get Gas.

1. Part of our Corrupt U.S. Government's Gang Stalking Program is to get surrounding neighbors/people in the neighborhood to Gang Stalk on the citizen target's entries and exits. In this video you see at the exact same time I exit my driveway a man (with a light on his head) walks behind my car. Later, too, a car passes behind me.

2. One of the U.S. Government Gang Stalking Patterns I see just about every day is primarily White - which is now the most frequent color used in U.S. Government Gang Stalking - and occasionally RED and Black cars/trucks there as I exit my development via Buena Hills.

3. As a Government Gang Stalking target goes into Walmarts a person in a Black and White sweater goes in before her and coming out is a person in White. White along with Black and RED are the colors used by the American Stasi, especially, on exits and entries as part of our Corrupt Government's Gang Stalking Program.

4. As I get out of my car to go into Trader Joe's a Security Guard passes in front of me. Same Time Exit/Entry is a U.S. Government Gang Stalking tactic and Security Guards, in addition, to police and firemen Gang Stalk.

My Outing on Dec. 28, 2015

1. As I get out of my car to go into Dick's Sporting Good, a White car passes behind me in a lot with hardly any traffic.

2. A couple of days ago I went from Sprouts to the Shell station across the street to get a lotto ticket. A sign was on the door they would be back in ten minutes. Now a couple of days later after going to Dick's I stopped at another gas station to get another lotto ticket. Same Thing - a sign is on the door they will be back in 10 minutes. I find it interesting that in six years of living in California I never saw one of these signs until a couple of days ago and then it happened again a couple of days later. Gang Stalking follows patterns; ordinary behavior is random. This could be just a coincidence but if this starts recurring, it could be an indication store employees are being pressured by The America Stasi to put up these signs just as I am about to arrive.
