U.S. Government Gang Stalking – A PSY/OPS MOBBING Program Against Citizens
What is it?
The definition given to newswoman Candice Nguyen of the Central Coast News, KCBA.com, by "local law enforcement" was "gang stalking is when multiple people organized to systematically stalk and harass a person, whether emotionally or physically."
When did it most likely start?
In the Administration of George Bush the Attorney General of the United States rescinded anti-COINTELPRO regulations allowing the FBI to spy on Americans, to disrupt, to infiltrate, to use all that was used in the past to harass, to intimidate people who did nothing other than exercise their free speech rights, their right to assemble, or like me, have a fireman move next to them who knew how to manipulate the system of Suspicious Activity Reports, Watch Lists, Fusion Centers, nationwide data bases in a personal vendetta. I once called the police on him which I think was the determining factor in his trying to get me out of the neighborhood/initiating my gang stalking with his friends. This giant Intelligence bureaucracy was created after 9/11 with no checks and balances. And Dick Cheney had a hand in a lot that was done starting in about 2002.
Senators Kennedy and Feingold were among those that warned rescinding the anti-COINTELPRO regulations/changing the FBI guidelines could result in the long term surveillance of innocent people.
The Bush Administration also doubled the size of the National Neighborhood Watch Group Program which is part of Citizen Corps and involved it in the war on terror.
It seems our government during the Bush Era took as their models for this the Stasi in East Germany and The American Protective League.

I understood a lot about Government Gang Stalking because even though I was an Elementary Teacher, I had always read widely in the area of psychology. I had read R.D. Laing about double-binds so I knew what they were doing. When I retired early (my brother became legally blind and practically uncontrollable - profoundly mentally handicapped person with a problematic eye disease) I intended to possibly do coaching to make extra money. Neuro-Linguistic Programming was used in some instances in coaching, so for $2000 I ordered a self-study kit on Neuro-Linguistic Programming. One of the techniques used in it is Anchoring. I saw that Anchoring was the core of Government Gang Stalking. A NLP coach who saw one of my posts on Facebook wrote me he wondered why so many firemen (first responders including firemen gang stalk) were signing up for NLP workshops.
Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Shaffer who wrote Operation Dark Heart told Judge Napolitano on Freedom Watch that the U.S. Government used Neuro-Linguistice Programming in their PSY-OPS Programs. Their favorite NLP technique is "Anchoring." So the "Anchoring" we see here is part of a notorious PSY-OPS/MOBBING/ Gaslighting Programming being used on Citizens by the Authoritarian Globalists - starting in the Bush Administration and continued by our Constitution-Trashing Intelligence Agencies up to the current day.
I was just an ordinary person before this started, not an activist, like in a way I am now after over a decade of this nonsense.

As part of the Shunning which is an integral part of U.S. Government Gang Stalking they get almost all of your surrounding neighbors to Gang Stalk to drive the target from the neighborhood. So today when I sit down to my computer after getting up - from my Gang Stalking neighbors - there is a BEEP/used as an "Anchor."
