What is an Anchor?  Anchoring is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Technique used by all the Gang Stalkers/MOBBERS to change the "mood" of targets. Some of the favorite Anchors used by the Gang Stalking MOBBERS are: 1. a single BEEP 2. the color RED - clothing/cars/trucks/items they carry 3. the color Green - lights left on etc. 4. repetitive actions all the Gang Stalkers/MOBBERS use like Same Time Exit/Entry - you come home - they exit or enter their driveway, home etc. 4. Siren Sounds How does "Anchoring" work?  "Anchoring" works through a process of classical conditioning.  Think of the experiment with Pavlov's dog where an conditioned stimulus was paired with an unconditioned stimulus.  MOBBING is the unconditioned stimulus.  MOBBING is a naturally aversive stimulus/experience.  It is a primitive behavior used by animals.  Pair the MOBBING with a color - RED/Green/a single BEEP/Siren Sound etc. that is used by multiple Gang Stalkers/MOBBERS  repetitively and you have paired an unconditioned stimulus/MOBBING with a conditioned stimulus/RED etc. - so eventually just the conditioned stimulus gets the aversive reaction (same reaction/change in mood to a negative mood naturally elicited by the MOBBING).
