How It Works In The Target's (It Can Happen To Anybody
Once It Starts It NEVER Stops) Neighborhood
|
1. It uses Neighbors and People in the Neighborhood to Gang Stalk.
2. The Target Enters or Exits Her House - the Gang Stalker Enters or Exits His House.
3. The Target pulls up to or away from her house - the Gang Stalker Pulls Up to or Away from His House.
4. The Target puts out the Garbage or Opens her door to retrieve a UPS package. A Gang Stalker rides in front of he house in a car, passes her house on foot etc. The Point of the Gang Stalking is to have a Gang Stalker there whenever the target comes out of her house.
Gaslighting tactics are also used based on Anchoring/the use of Gang Stalking colors - at first RED, then as people learned about that, Green and Yellow were added.
In order to Gang Stalk on entries and exits from her home, as the target exits her street, gets on Buena Hills to exit her development or exits her development - the target is put on Constant Surveillance - including surveillance which tracks her movements inside her own home.
Objects seem to be stationed in the sky outside the target's home. The same objects are seen at night in the sky anywhere she takes walks.

I go to throw garbage in my garbage can and a Gang Stalker from Mira Pacific Drive repeatedly beeps his/her/horn. It's part of the UNREMITTING HARASSMENT, Gaslighting, Gang Stalking that is part of this Stasi program.

When I was first Gang Stalked in May 2006, I would come out of my house - a neighbor in RED would come out of their house. When everyone started to know the Gang Stalkers use RED, the pattern stayed the same - Gang Stalkers were there on my entries and exits - but they mostly stopped wearing RED.

Today I come out of my house and - Surprise! - on my usually empty street - people are there.

One of the places where there is Gang Stalking or Gaslighting is when I leave my street. So I noticed the Garage Door opened a crack. When I lived in New York there was a progression - in one "Anchor" the Gang Stalkers in my neighborhood used;
1. First Garage Doors opened with a RED lawnmower in front of it.
2. Then just Garage Doors opened - multiple Gang Stalkers in the neighborhood would do it.
3. Lastly Garage Doors opened a crack.

As I'm putting garbage out someone at 3184 Coral Drive comes to their door and looks out. Just noticed because yesterday when I went out to throw something in the garbage first a car stood with lights on near that house and a second time a car pulled up while I was tossing garbage in my garbage can.

I take my dog out to pee in my completely fenced in yard at 6:27 AM and a very low siren sound is heard. Siren Sounds are used as "Anchors" in U.S. Government Gang Stalking. Often when I go into my yard - as this morning - the Gang Stalkers of Costa Serena will make (perhaps a recording) very low siren sounds.

As we come to the corner of Mira Pacific Dr./Buena Hills to get on Buena Hills to leave our development in going out - Buena Hills is completely empty. And yet, here at "The Gang Stalking Corner of Costa Serena" - a car comes in front of us. Sometimes, they vary it and will have pedestrians here at "The Gang Stalking Corner of Costa Serena."

What would you do if this outrageous program was used against you? When this started in May 2006 when I lived in Newburgh, New York, after I had a conflict with a new fireman neighbor, I did all the things you would think would help. I went to the Police Dept. to talk to the police, wrong letters to legislators, the Governor. Nothing worked. Then I started taking pictures and videos believing from them, others could see the patterns in this outrageous PSY-OPS Program. Today many people in the news media, many political leaders know what is going on - but do nothing about it. So over 12 years after it began, I am still taking pictures of this outrageous Abuse of Government Power. I never say individuals in any of my snapshots or videos are U.S. Government Gang Stalkers. I am not a mind reader. I don't know people's intentions. But I am determined to not let anyone forget that people like myself who have done nothing wrong are daily being Gang Stalked/MOBBED, being subject to Gaslighting - in what when revealed - will be the Biggest Scandal in Our Country's History.
