In July when White was introduced into Government Gang Stalking for a month or so, I saw practically no RED at all and that includes cars on the street. Then for the last couple of weeks on my exits and entries and during my walks and on the road there has been a resurgence of RED. Almost everywhere I went today, the Oceanside Gang Stalking Police who Gang Stalk with the REDS, The Whites, and the Black Sadists, were there.
