Living Concretely. What Does It Mean?
I’ve just finished reading a couple of books on Martin Buber. Now I had given up reading. Given up the intellectual/map is the territory life.
Zen. That made sense to me. Then the question of death came up. And my old need for understanding came flooding back.
I think I’ve figured it out. Death is the end of the personality. You look at things in nature – a flower. It grows – constantly changes – and then at some point it dies – decomposes. And so do we. Now the personality is here – now it isn’t.
Buber talked about living concretely. It seems to me Trump does that, too. What’s his foreign policy? You talk to North Korea. You put trade restrictions on China. You tell our allies to pay their fair share. No War on Poverty. No War on Terror. You live in the concrete. You look at the data in a pandemic. You open up businesses when the economic numbers look too bad.
What would happen if we stopped all the metaphors and similes, all the intellectuality and just started living in the concrete.
What’s the purpose of life? Meeting. You talk and you listen. You talk honestly, none of this politically correct bullshit. You listen with rapt attention focusing on this one person before you, using everything you’ve got to try to understand them. That’s it – what’s life about – meeting – real talking, real listening.
How do you spend your life? On what you can give your full attention to, what really turns you on.
How do you live? By your values, by what is really important to you.
And what happens when you die? Puff, your gone. The personality ends.
It’s really simple when you live in the concrete. Now there are those who don’t like that. The Globalist New World Order crowd. Or maybe I’m unfair to them. Maybe life is real simple for them, too. What is life about? Money. Trade. Making money in places like China.
Our Intelligence Agencies? You know the ones who Gang Stalk – http://www.StopGangStalkingPolice.com. What are they about? Manipulation, deceit, secrecy, sticking it to those perceived as enemies – like Martin Luther King Jr. who tried to change the status quo – or today anyone a fireman or a policeman or anyone in authority doesn’t like.
Getting the hang of this living concretely? Racism? Not concrete enough. Some people get the power, the money, the opportunity – others don’t. So let’s look at the people with the power, with the money, with the opportunity and figure out what’s going on – concretely.
Everything else is just bullshit. Somebody trying to get what they want with manipulation. Concrete talk, concrete living – try it. It eliminates the bullshit.
P.S. - As usual this was very difficult to post on my website because of the Software Our Corrupt Intel Agencies Have Installed On My Computer.
