Why The First Amendment Is Essential
The veneer of civilization is thin.
We see this in U.S. Government Gang Stalking/MOBBING.
We see this in the MOBBING of Republicans by Democrats.
We emerged from the Undifferentiated Singularity and a Death Instinct Calls Us Back To The Unconsciousness of Our Origin, to the primal oneness.
The Only Thing Keeping the Undifferentiated/Unconscious Primitiveness from which we evolved at bay is Consciousness which requires Verbalization.
It is when we verbalize that we give order/awareness to a more undifferentiated nonverbal reality that is always there within us. We see this more undifferentiated reality in dreams when we allow the veneer of consciousness to slip and displacement and condensation to rule: the primordial oneness of undifferentiation is the primal territory of which words are just a representation/an ordering/ a narrative creating.

They require Eros, a desire to live, a desire to emerge from the primal undifferentiation/Singularity, a struggle for differenatiation/individuation/a struggle for individuality/for differentness, to survive the forces of Thanatos – the pull of emotional fusion/ of existential death/not bringing forth our own unique thoughts grounded in our individual existence.
Hence it is vital to civilization to the ongoing process truth that we articulate what is silent within us, what is unique within us, to verbalize the nonverbal within us.
That is why these times in which we live are so dangerous. The Narcissists, like the fallen angel who would be god – say they must control our speech. Truth is not an ongoing process but something they know and must force upon us all.
They tell us they would control our speech if it were possible. They would stop the process within us of listening to the silent voice that is there when we get far from the maddening crowd and struggle alone to articulate it.

They want to end individual rights/the individual/to silence the unique voices that struggle to emerge within us and to tell us what good is and bad is – those concepts without concrete reality other than the narratives of people.
And their insane Narcissism is working. Some of us – in an effort to survive in the entertainment industry, in political life – now self-censor what we say.
The Police State ushered in by the likes of Dick Cheney and the Neocons who gave us Government Gang Stalking, the Democrats today in bed with Deep State are becoming our default rulers, as they try to plunge us all back to the Singularity/the New World Order/where the individual in us is silent, without voice, without courage to articulate the nonverbal knowing that only an individuated person can bring to consciousness in speech.
The First Amendment preserves life, the life of the individual. When we lose it we lose our individual souls, what makes us unique – Death triumphs over life, Thanatos triumphs over Eros – and the world is less conscious.
